What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in hand but will be released at a future date. I offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive the item when it is received in hand and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer. Currently, my pre-order production time is 6+ months. I list this production timeframe in all pre-order descriptions. Please DO NOT purchase a pre-order if you are unwilling to wait this production timeframe.
Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?
No. Because funding from pre-orders goes directly into the production of the product, I will not allow cancellations or refunds under any circumstances for any customers. Please make sure you want my pins before placing the pre-order and are able to wait the timeframe it takes for pre-order production, and understand that delays can happen.
Can I return an item for exchange?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you've received a flawed pin, I will send a replacement pin of the same design. Customers are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label to send back their flawed pin, I will not send a replacement until the flawed pin is returned to me.
Will you combine my shipping for multiple pre-orders?
This depends on whether the pre-order pins are in hand. I will not combine shipping for multiple pins unless I currently have all pins in hand and ready to ship. I will refund shipping to original payment method if I've combined any orders for shipping.
Can you combine my in-hand order and pre-order for shipping?
No. I will not combine in hands and preorders. Please understand that preorder pins take 6+ months to be completed and sent to me. I send out in hand pins immediately to avoid any issues with inventory stock.
